- FREE EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT when possible, with a previous agreement
- Free parking included, free of charge, reserved for our guests

MID TERM and LONG TERM RENTAL from November till March
Our guests may define the desired rental period and start date, for mid term rentals of 1 month right up to long term rental of a maximum 6 months. All 1+ month plus rentals will require a signed rental contract and rental conditions such as deposit and cancellation period are agreed on a case by case basis depending on the maisonette and rental duration. Viewings can be arranged on request. Generally rental contracts will allow the possibility of contract renewal / extension if you want to stay for longer than first expected.
1 month is priced at 750 / month
2 months is priced at 700 / month
3 months is priced at 650 / month
Utilities costs and taxes are extra.

Prices remain unchanged till further notice, in 2025 starting from 95 Eur per night (for 2 people)
